We run a returns center for large retailers. Their customers' returns come to us, and every unit is tested, repaired, cleaned and graded before it goes back out.
We import product into our own facility from Korea, Japan, Australia, Canada and further afield. Buying at the source and holding the goods ourselves is what lets us quote real depth in a category.
We custom built an advanced software system to run the business: orders, inventory, refurbishment and the scanners on the warehouse floor, all of it tracked down to the individual unit.
We run livestream auctions on TikTok and other live platforms, selling to an audience in real time. One of the few early adopters of the format in appliances.
